Shipping and Returns Policy

I ship all orders via USPS with tracking. All physical orders will be shipped out within 3-4 business days and will include a USPS tracking number. Digital orders will be delivered to you via email immediately upon placing your order. The orders will be sent to the email address on your account. 

U.S. orders of $50 or more that qualify to receive FREE SHIPPING will ship First Class or Priority mail depending on weight of your package. I reserve the right to choose the method of shipping on all FREE SHIPPING orders.

 

Estimated Delivery Arrival Times

USPS delivery time is approx. 3-4  business days to the United States, 1-4 weeks to Canada and no ETA for overseas. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use the USPS Tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.

Times vary for shipping and are an estimate only. I have no control over that. I also have no control over your countries Customs fee charges, times or rules. 

In regards to countries that require VAT fees. I do not pay VAT fees or customs fees. This is a requirement by your country. I will not refund any shipping cost on returned items that were returned do to VAT fees not being paid. If items are returned in new, undamaged condition, I will refund the cost of items, but not the cost of the shipping. This does not include custom orders. I do not accept returns or refund at all for custom orders.

 

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package has been marked delivered but is missing, please contact me within 72 hours so I can assist you in filing a missing package search inquiry. After 72 hours, the chances of locating your package becomes smaller. 

I am not responsible for refunds of stolen packages and will not issue a refund. You must file a mail theft report with your local police and also file a claim with your post office.

If your package is returned to me I will contact you regarding if you'd like to repay to have it reshipped. If you are not willing to repay the shipping then I will refund you for the product minus the initial shipping charge.

Canadian and Overseas packages that have been received by the countries postal service but have not been delivered will not be refunded. Once a package has been received by customs or marked as delivered I do not offer a refund.

Damaged Items

I will replace items that are received damaged. I do not offer refunds. Any refund processed for reasons listed above (returned packages) will not include the cost of shipping.
